EPD stands for Environmental Product Declaration.

EPD is a method for calculating and documenting the properties of a specific product based on recognized European and International standards.

Thus, an EPD is a statement of the climate and environmental impact of a given product in total - from the discharge of the raw material to processing and final production of a product, to use and recycling or disposal.

At Arminox we have EPDs on following stainless steel products.

• Masonry ties in stainless steel for general masonry and concrete elements (Steel ties).
   
• Stainless reinforcement steel produced by cold rolling (Cold-rolled rebar).
   
• Stainless reinforcement steel produced by hotrolling (Hot-rolled rebar)
